Course enrollment
Registration for classes
Registration is separate from membership. Once you are a current member, you may take as many classes as you wish.
Before you register
- Confirm your membership. Your membership must be current for the term.
- Sign in. Use your OLÉ! username and password.
- Select your courses. Online registration immediately shows whether you are confirmed or waitlisted.
Fees and payment
If a course has a fee, pay online by credit card as soon as you receive confirmation. A registrant who has not paid by seven days before the course begins may be dropped and notified. Waitlisted members cannot pay until they receive a confirmed place.
Dropping a course and refunds
If you cannot attend, please unregister online or notify Member Support so another member can participate.
A paid course may qualify for a refund when both the course is dropped and the refund is requested at least seven days before it begins. Within seven days, fees are normally nonrefundable, although members may appeal to the board for financial hardship or extenuating circumstances.
